Baraja shortlisted for August Best Coach award
The Valencia CF coach is one of three managers in contention for the LaLiga EA Sports honour
Rubén Baraja has been nominated for the LaLiga EA Sports Best Coach award for the month of August. His work has been reflected on the pitch with the team's notable performances on the opening matchdays of the season.
Carlo Ancelotti (Real Madrid) and Míchel Sánchez (Girona FC) complete the shortlist of candidates for LaLiga's monthly recognition.
In the first three LaLiga games played in August, Valencia CF have achieved two wins. The effectiveness, intensity and workrate of the team have been reflected in some of the statistics highlighted by LaLiga.
The voting period for the award ends on Sunday, September 3rd, at 11:59pm.
